HISTORY
The Name
Gabriele d’Annunzio, deeply in love with Eleonora Duse, a world-famous asolan actress, affectionately called her“Ghisola”, nickname that means beauty and purity. Dall’Est family wanted to create theGhisolanabrandby gettinginspired by the so-called “divine” Eleonora, who has a great passion to her job, done with professionality and simplicity, and as Duse, the winery wants to promote theunicity of the city of Asolo.
Dall’Est family works with passion to create balance between goodness, health and tradition with a particulat attention to respect Nature.

After years of painstaking work, brothers Ernesto and Ennio Dall’Est, fueled by their innate passion for the land and genuine products, arrived at the creation of the brand symbol of biological agricolture of Asolo: Ghisolana.
