History of the winery
The dall’Est family works passionately to achieve a balance between
goodness, health, and tradition, with particular attention to respect for nature.
In the heart of tradition, in the soul of innovation. This is the work and life philosophy of the Dall’Est family, which has had a winemaking tradition since 1929.
After years of painstaking work, brothers Ernesto and Ennio Dall’Est, fueled by their innate passion for the land and genuine products, arrived at the
creation of the brand symbol of biological agricolture of Asolo: Ghisolana.
