Shoes suitable for rough and wet terrain must be worn. Comfortable, layered clothing, rain jacket recommended. Hiking poles useful. Bring adequate supply of water and snacks. Any life-saving drugs or similar must be brought with you during the excursion. Minors may participate only if accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n
